They are suitable for a wide range of applications, even with difficult media. The new generation BCS R08 offers improved electronic features, enhanced IO-Link functionality and easy, versatile installation even in limited installation space.

Balluff capacitive sensors with patented Smart Level technology reliably detect levels even through glass and plastic walls and despite condensation, foam and build-up. This works with most media without needing further adjustment.
When it comes to object detection with standard technology, the new generation scores with longer switching distances and thus extended application ranges.
