High-performance level and object detection
The capacitive sensors of the R08 series have been given a new generation with improved features. The cuboid sensors are the optimal solution for object and level detection. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, even with difficult media. The new generation BCS R08 offers improved electronic features, enhanced IO-Link functionality and easy, versatile installation even in limited installation space.
Your benefits with level and object detection
Balluff capacitive sensors with patented Smart Level technology reliably detect levels even through glass and plastic walls and despite condensation, foam and build-up. This works with most media without needing further adjustment.
When it comes to object detection with standard technology, the new generation scores with longer switching distances and thus extended application ranges.
All this makes the new generation BCS R08 a space-saving, high-performance and universally applicable solution - from the semiconductor industry to medical technology.
