Monitoring vibrations in presses and punching machines
With BCM condition monitoring sensors

During punching and forming, large forces often act on the workpiece in order to achieve the desired geometry. The machines and tools used for this are optimized to make the manufacturing processes as low-shock and low-vibration as possible. (e.g. also on linear guides and hydraulic units) by measuring continuously monitoring vibration and temperature continuously monitor vibration and temperature at the point of action and report deviations via userdefined alarms.
The features
- Vibration analysis up to 6000 Hz (+/- 3dB cut-off frequency)
- Measuring range +/-16g
- IO-Link interface
- Contact temperature monitoring
- Optional additional functions: Operating hours counter, switching counter, frequency analysis, frequency and raw data recording
