These can be read and written from two sides.

    Balluff opens up optimal solutions for every process step related to the heating press: optical sensors reliably detect the black rubber, pressure sensors reliably monitor process media such as hydraulic fluids, and high-temperature rated inductive sensors monitor end positions at little cost. Our technology withstands the harsh conditions of vulcanizing the green tires, and overcomes heat and pressure, aggressive fluids such as releasing agents or special hydraulic oils.

    IO-Link sensor hubs collect the sensor signals in the gripper and pass them on to the controller. If you connect them to a single 16 × IO-Link master, it can bundle the signals from up to 272 sensors and pass them on to the controller.
